    Dumbbell Walking Lunges (70/55) x 20 steps @ 1010
    Rest 90 seconds
    Ring Dips x Max Reps @ 2111
    (please stick to the tempo prescription)
    Rest 90 seconds

    B.
    Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
    5 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
    10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

    A.
    Four sets of:
    Dumbbell Walking Lunges (50/35) x 20 steps @ 1010
    Rest 90 seconds
    Box Dips x Max Reps @ 2111
    (please stick to the tempo prescription)
    Rest 90 seconds

    Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
    5 Power Cleans (115/75 lbs)
    5 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

      Strict Handstand Push-ups. The perfect thing to get Joe A back into the gym. It’s been a while. Shane/Mark – if Joe doesn’t show up for this workout, I think we can confirm that something is very wrong, and we need to send out a search party. Shane: hit the massage parlors (don’t pretend you don’t know where they are). I’ll hit the methadone clinics (same comment). Mark: grease the “wheels of justice” to find out if he’s been apprehended for some reason. Keith C: good god man, run. run until you find him. And if you don’t find him in the first 100 miles, run another 100. it takes a village.

      Getting caught up on the blog, seems Travis was a little feisty on Wednesday. Travis/Shane – thanks for the shout out…. that 95#DL is a big deal when you’re my age. I think I popped a disc and cracked three ribs in that attempt.

      B: 7 + 4 Rx. Great race with Travis, waiting to see what kind of score JP puts up.

      Think Joe and Travis incorrectly recorded reps+rounds instead of rounds+reps. Impressive scores!

      JP – I went the same way – first 4 rounds unbroken, and then muscle failure. next time we’ll know better. Impressive score, just 3 reps shy of doubling Shane

      Enjoy the banter, but don’t always have the time to post. Those were heavy walking lunges. The ring dips were good on our new high bar we recycled from an old Crossfit gym here that had some abandoned equipment… 4 + 7 on the metcon, but did kipping handstands. Hope the team is well.

      I could be way off… but Mark’s board and post scores don’t match… we need photo proof to tell. Believe it was 2+6 which means
