Our classes run on slightly different schedules with completely different programming, so you can fit whatever meets your schedule and fitness needs. Step 1: Free Class

The best way to learn about CrossFit is to do it! We have a free class every Saturday. Click here to sign up for our Free Class.

Step 2: Foundations

Prior to attending our Workout of the Day (WOD) Class, you must complete Foundations. Click here to sign up for Group Foundations.

If the group foundations does not fit your schedule, drop us an email us at to setup Private Foundations. Private foundations allows you to set a schedule with a coach. We have 4-on-1, 3-on-1, 2-on-1 and 1-on-1 Private Foundations available.

You can also schedule a Test Out by emailing if you are currently a member at another CrossFit gym and/or have done Foundations at another CrossFit gym.
