    10 Overhead Squats (95/45 lbs)

      Thanks guys. When you make excuses about being a big boy on some days, you gotta attribute doing well on wods like this to the same thing. Height advantage on the row is all.
      @Shane very nicely done with that video – had me literally laughing out loud. You’ll also be happy to hear that I played some mind games with Pat and Paul before leaving the gym.

      Metcon: 2:10 – 2:30 – 2:38 – 2:49 – 2:58 – 3:09 for a total (I think) of 16:14

      I started at L2 (35 cal/115#) but stripped to 95# after the second set. OHS and I are not good friends, not even frenemies.

      Yay!!!! Shane and Mark M are back (and they read my worried post yesterday). All is right with the world again (except that pesky N Korea thing). There is some great hair in that video clip Shane.
